Refund policy

 

15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

During free shipping promotions, customers bear the shipping cost both ways for returns or exchanges.

Refunds are issued only via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 48 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If the order is refused during inspection with the courier, an 80 EGP fee will apply.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a free exchange with no additional shipping fees, provided you notify us within 3 days of delivery.

مدة الاسترجاع والاستبدال 15 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

يرجى فحص الطلب فور الاستلام.

يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، بالتيكت والتغليف الأصلي.

لن يتم قبول أي منتج يتم إرجاعه دون طلب مسبق.

في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال فترة الشحن المجاني، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن ذهابًا وعودة.

استرداد المبلغ يتم فقط من خلال إنستا باي أو فودافون كاش خلال 48 ساعة من استلام القطعة والتأكد من حالتها.

في حالة رفض الأوردر أثناء المعاينة مع المندوب، يتم دفع رسوم 80 جنيهًا.

في حالة استلام منتج تالف أو معيب أو مختلف عن طلبك، نوفر استبدالًا مجانيًا بدون أي رسوم شحن إضافية، بشرط الإبلاغ خلال 3 أيام فقط من تاريخ الاستلام.
